Shipping and Returns

Jill’s Wild (tasteful!) Women proudly stands behind the quality products that we sell. You may return any item in its original (new) condition within 30* days of your purchased date. We will refund the total sales (100%) less the original shipping charges. Your item must be in new condition, packed in its original giftware box (if included) and all original packaging material, and any accessories that came with the item. Our staff will inspect your returned item to determine the status of its condition. Upon approval by our staff that your item is in its original condition, a refund will be granted. No refunds will be accepted for merchandise that is considered used or after 30 days of purchased date.

Note: A completed Return Authorization form is required prior to shipping your package back to us. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You can e-mail us at: for questions and assistance.

Any claims for damaged or defected items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within (3) business days after receiving your delivery. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (3) business days. Please send your damage or defected notification email to:

If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange with you to have the item returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs. If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less the original shipping charges.

How to Return your item (within 30 days of purchase) Complete the Return Form- The Return Form needs to be filled out completely and signed before we process your return. Using this form, tell us why you are returning the item. Please be as detailed as possible.

Packing your return Place the items in its original packaging with all documents and accessories. Wrap your items carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and paid receipt. Please clearly write "Return" on the outside of your box.

Shipping your return If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears the shipping costs. Please send your return via any major carrier, but it must have a tracking number. Please do not send by general mail/parcel post, as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise if you mail your item any other way than the above stated method!
